Entrance to Events Your name badge must be shown for entrance to all conference sessions due to the many offsite venues and special events. Your badge can be picked up at the Summit Registration area in the Royal Sonesta, 300 Bourbon Street, in the French Quarter beginning Thursday, October 29 from 1:00PM to 9:00PM and on Friday, October 31 beginning at 7:30AM.

Volunteer Cultural Economy Summit is pleased to offer a limited number of reduced rate conference registration fees for Cultural Economy Stakeholders who volunteer to work 4 hours during the conference. Volunteer duties primarily include assisting with the registration desk, directing guests during special events, and providing assistance at the breakout locations and lunch locations. The reduced rate for volunteering is $15 for the conference. Volunteers will be given their assignments prior to arrival but Cultural Economy Summit reserves the right to change or make new assignments as needed.
